School Improvement at St Paul's

Every year, we evaluate our school performance from the year before and consider the areas that we want to focus on developing further. The leadership team then create a full development plan which details the actions that we will take in order to achieve these. We then consider the role that can be taken by our pupils to support this development work too, including use of our prefects and school council in the role of 'Learning Detectives'. Below is an example of some of the work that they completed last year (2021-2022):
