Year 5 Easter Experience

Year 5 have been on a wonderful Easter Experience at the King’s Centre. The children showed fantastic engagement throughout with a discovery zone (hands on activity environment) where they explored the impact that the Easter story has had on lives over the past 2000 years. This ranged from rewriting some of the bible scripture to going inside boxes to read writing with torches to find information. They then immersed in a tour through the Easter story from the Passover meal to discovering that Jesus was alive! This left us with questions like, did Jesus really die on Easter, how do we know when exactly he died?
