Year 1 Wisley Gardens Visit

Year 1 had a wonderful trip to Wisley Gardens! We explored the beautiful gardens and discovered lots of different plants. We took photographs of plants in many different shades of green and compared them. We also took part in an exciting workshop where we learnt about different types of plants that grow indoors and outdoors. We were lucky enough to plant our own seed and are very excited to watch it grow, even though we were told it will take three months! Later, we went on a walk, where we collected natural materials and created our own artwork on clay attached to a tree. We did lots of walking and were very tired by the end of the day, but we had an amazing time and learnt so much.
