Year 1 Fire of London Workshop

This week we were lucky to have Freshwater Theatre visit us and complete a workshop all about the Great Fire of London. The workshop took us back in time to 1666 where the fire began in a bakery on Pudding Lane. We learnt about why the fire was able to spread so quickly and why it was hard at the time for the people to stop it. We also got to act out being the fire, using ribbons and our bodies to move like flames.
