Healthy Me - Week 2 - Healthy Body
This week we have been completing a variety of activities which focus on how we can keep our bodies healthy. One of the activities is making green smoothies. Why not have a go at home? Here is the simple recipe that we have been using:
St Paul’s Primary Green Smoothie recipe:
Fruit juice (Apple and Mango)
Frozen fruit (Mixed Berries or Mango and Pineapple)
Place in equal parts in a smoothie maker or liquidizer and mix. The children have all really enjoyed them!
