Chelsea Flower Show 2025

On Monday 19th May, Mrs Evans, Mrs Momp and a small group of children went to the Chelsea Flower Show to see the Avanade Intelligent Garden.

We were there to find out about the way that technology is being used in this garden to monitor and 'talk' to the trees in order to ensure that they flourish and even got the chance to be part of a Newsround bulletin! You can watch us here: Newsround. 

We go to meet the designers and are looking forward to planting some of the plants from the garden around our school when they are delivered to us next week. We are even hoping that we will get a visit from Tom Massey to help us do this!

It was a brilliant experience and has really made us all think about the power of technology and how it can be used really well!
