HIIT ( High Intense Interval Training)

Come and Join in as we take part weekly in High Intensive Interval Training (HIIT) which lasts 20- 30 minutes. An exercise strategy, alternating short periods of intense aerobic exercise, with less-intense recovery periods. We have been using a variety of exercises to develop our cardiovascular in order to strengthen our hearts and our bodies as a whole. We then have a refreshing and healthy freshly made green smoothie, which is usually made up of four ingredients; a green vegetable, a frozen fruit, fruit juice and water.
