Admission

St. Paul's is a one-form entry Church of England Primary School.

To apply for admission to the main school, please contact the local authority on 020 8547 4610 or school.admissions@rbk.kingston.gov.uk .  If you wish to have church attendance taken in to consideration when your child's application is considered, please complete the 'Supplementary Form' and return it to the school, not the local authority.  The local authority manages the waiting list for all primary schools in the borough.

Parents and children are most welcome to make preliminary visits to the School. Please contact the school office for an appointment to see the Head Teacher.

In Kingston, children have the opportunity to start full time education from September.  If you prefer, your child can attend part time until later in the school year but only until the child reaches compulsory school age.  Once places have been offered this can be discussed with the Headteacher.

Towards the end of the summer term children starting in September are invited to spend a few hours in the classroom.  This allows them to meet their teacher and will help make their first few days at school more pleasurable.  To help children settle more easily their start days and times are staggered.  The reception teacher also visits local playgroups and nurseries to introduce herself to the children before they start school.

We aim to treat every person as an individual and special arrangements are made for the admission of pupils with disabilities to ensure that the child’s needs are met.
