About Us

Welcome to St. Paul’s Church of England Primary School website.   St Paul’s is a one form entry Voluntary Aided, Church of England Primary School, maintained by the Royal Borough of Kingston-upon-Thames and the Diocese of Southwark.  The Christian ethos and community surrounding St Paul’s generates a village atmosphere with a total focus on every child.

Our mission statement focuses on working in partnership to promote a love of learning and celebrating success in all we do and our school values are those of Kindness, Love for all, Honesty, Forgiveness, Being thankful, Celebration, Fairness and Patience.  We are all incredibly proud of our children and the contribution each one of them brings to make school life special.

In 2009 we marked our 150th year with a celebration of the buildings, school days and key events that have made St Paul’s a unique school in the heart of a unique community.  In 2012 OFSTED graded our school as ‘Good’ and we are continuing to build on the excellent progress which the school has made in the past few years.

We believe that close partnership between home and school is the key for a child’s success and this  website is just one link in this important relationship.  Parents, carers, relatives and visitors are welcomed into school and we value their views, ideas and expertise.

We have an active School Council, Parent Representative group and PSA (Parent Staff Association), all of which are involved in the decision making processes of St Paul’s. Our staff and governors are committed to continuous improvement and providing a high quality education for every child.
